• Day 1:

  Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then travel by Express Coach overnight to Italy.

• Day 2:

  We arrive in Bellaria early afternoon and have time to settle into our hotel in this delightful destination.

• Day 3: Heart of Le Marche

  Join us as we venture into the heart of the Le Marche region with visits to Fano, a renowned seaside town on the Adriatic coast, and the Renaissance town of Urbino.

• Day 4: Gradara and Pesaro

  Enjoy an optional excursion, which takes us first of all to Gradara. This pretty hilltop town boasts an array of medieval buildings and is a joy to explore.

  We then visit Pesaro, an attractive seaside resort that retains a stylish air. The elegant and broad streets, and the beautiful main square with its fountains, are well worth a visit.

• Day 5: Ravenna

  Enjoy a full day visit to Ravenna, famous for its intricate mosaics, ancient churches, magnificent monuments, and with an impressive eight UNESCO World Heritage Sites to discover.

  Ravenna is the capital of the Province of Ravenna, and its eight UNESCO World Heritage Site buildings were constructed in the 5th and 6th centuries. Boasting some of the finest early Christian architecture in the world, these buildings include the Orthodox Baptistry, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo and the Basilica of San Vitale. Be wowed by the ancient architecture to be found here, the likes of which cannot be found anywhere else in the entire world.

• Day 6: San Leo and San Marino

  Explore pretty San Leo, listed as the 'most beautiful village in Italy', before continuing on to discover San Marino, one of the smallest republics in the world, set amid beautiful scenery.

• Day 7: Rimini

  Optional excursion to Rimini, one of Italy’s favourite beach resorts. Perhaps explore the Old Town, which still maintains a quaint charm with cobbled streets, churches and piazzas.

  Spend time relaxing on the 15km of beaches known as La Marina or explore the beachfront souvenir shops. If you head downtown, you will find the fashion boutiques.
