5 Day Itinerary

  • Day 1:

    Local departure by coach, then on to Weston-super-Mare and our hotel for four nights. We enjoy a mulled wine with a mince pie on arrival to get us into the Christmas spirit.

  • Day 2: Christmas Eve in Cardiff

    Today we visit the Welsh capital Cardiff, alive with culture and a cosmopolitan atmosphere that you would expect from any capital city. Why not visit Wales Millennium Centre at the heart of Cardiff Bay, the nation’s home for theatre and performing arts, or Cardiff Castle with 2000 years of history. Visit the many high street shops and independent boutiques for some last minute Christmas shopping.

  • Day 3: Christmas Day at leisure

    Merry Christmas! Relax in Weston-super-Mare, open some presents, tuck into a traditional turkey dinner, and enjoy the festive atmosphere in the hotel with your fellow travellers.

  • Day 4: Boxing Day in Cheddar

    This morning we visit Cheddar, famous for the magnificent limestone Gorge has attracted visitors for centuries, which were formed over one million years ago during the last ice age. The village has riverside walks, quaint tearooms, and is home to the world-famous cheese and the traditional method of cheese making can still be seen at the Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company. We return to the hotel for a festive cream tea.
