8 Day Itinerary

• Dec 21:

  Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then travel to northern France for an overnight stay.

• Dec 22:

  Continue our journey into Italy, where we’ll stay at our hotel in Alassio on the Italian Riviera for the next five nights to enjoy a wonderful Christmas away

• Dec 23: Portofino

  Optional excursion, as we discover the pretty village of Portofino, hidden away in a peaceful coastal inlet shielded by olive clad slopes. The view from the harbour is unforgettable and one could spend the entire day admiring it. We’ll be able to explore a wide range of attractions while in Portofino, including enjoying views of Castello Brown and visiting the Church of St. Martin, the Church of St. George and the Santa Maria Assunta oratory.

• Christmas Eve: Italian Riviera Coastal Drive

  A chance to enjoy this stunning Italian Riviera coastline on our included scenic drive. With its crystal-clear waters, golden sandy beaches, cliffs, coves and villages flanked by a magnificent mountain backdrop, this really is a sight to behold.

• Christmas Day:

  We celebrate this special day at our hotel with our fellow guests, enjoying a Christmas lunch.

• Boxing Day: Monaco and Monte Carlo

  Join our included excursion to the French Riviera. Monaco is famous for its laid-back atmosphere, and we’ll certainly enjoy a relaxing day out here. There’s more than enough to keep us busy, too, with museums, gardens, monuments and much more to look forward to. We’ll explore Monte Carlo, situated in a prominent position at the base of the Maritime Alps. At the western end of the resort is the world-famous Place du Casino, the gambling centre which has made Monte Carlo the playground of the rich and famous. Enjoy the breath-taking vista of the fabulous marina with its impressive yachts as well as the palace of Monaco. Tonight, we enjoy a gala dinner with live music and dancing.
