The Claymore is a classical Scottish manor house in the centre of Arrochar. You will stay for three or four nights at the Claymore Hotel in Arrochar
Stay in the town of Arrochar at the end of Loch Long with stunning views of mountains rolling into the water. Loch Long is the quintessential Scottish scene, mountains rise high out of the water and ruined castles line the banks of the deep blue water. The Arrochar Alps rise high out of the town and are particularly popular with hill-walkers, for an easy walk take a stroll out to the Falls of Falloch which are less than 20 minutes’ drive away from the hotel. Formerly a Bay Hotel, The Claymore Hotel is set in the ancestral seat of Clan McFarlane and has a relaxing bar and lounge area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink after a day exploring the Trossachs.
