The Tarbet Hotel is splendidly set in a serene location on the edge of tranquil Loch Lomond. The hotel offers a warm Scottish welcome, which is complemented by its contemporary style and superb amenities, making it the ideal base from which to explore popular visitor attractions nearby such as the Trossachs National Park, Luss and Inveraray. Inside the hotel, you’ll find a modern reception and restaurant, both refurbished in 2018, along with cosy bedrooms providing the perfect night’s sleep.

  • Day 1: Travel to Your Hotel

    Make your own way to your hotel, where you will enjoy a comfortable three-night stay.

    Included meals: Dinner

  • Days 2 & 3: Loch Lomond

    Spend two days independently exploring the area in and around Loch Lomond.

    Visit the beautiful Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park located in the Highlands area of Southern Scotland – this is an outdoor paradise for explorers! Breaks to Loch Lomond will unite you with a glorious array of mountains within open countryside, featuring various walking and cycling trails.

    Included meals: Breakfast, Dinner

  • Day 4: Return Home

    After breakfast, check out of your hotel and make your way home.

Selected rooms at the hotel are dog-friendly. There is a maximum of 2 dogs per room at a charge of £12 per night, and this should be added to your booking before travel. 
Dogs are not permitted to join you in the restaurant, bar or public areas of the hotel. 
If you have an allergy to dogs, please do not worry as many of the hotel bedrooms are dog-free, but do advise us at the time of booking if you have a severe allergy.

The former Bay Tarbet hotel is less than a five-minute walk from Tarbet Pier from where you can take a cruise over the loch to Rowardennan during which you can enjoy insurmountable views of Ben Lomond. Tarbet has a number of quaint tearooms which are a great place to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea while enjoying views over the loch. In the hotel’s restaurant, you can enjoy fabulous sights over the surrounding countryside while eating tasty breakfast and evening meals daily. Relax in the bar during the evening to take in the views over the loch from some of the hotel’s rooms.
