ABOUT THE TOUR
The presents are unwrapped and the turkey has been eaten, but that doesn’t mean the festive spirit doesn’t live on! Enjoy the period in between Christmas and New Year, known as Twixmas in in Llandudno, exuding an air of elegance with the landmark Great and Little Ormes on either side.
TOUR INCLUDES
Day 1:
Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then on to Llandudno and our hotel for three nights. Stay at either the Marine or County Hotel, both on the promenade.

Day 2: Snowdonia and Betws-y-Coed
Today we enjoy a leisurely drive into Snowdonia National Park, taking in the stunning scenery and call at pretty Betws-y-Coed. The town often attracts those looking for outdoor pursuits, and is perfect for ramblers and walkers, but is also a delightful town for those looking for an easier pace. Browse the many shops, enjoy the cafes, or take a gentle stroll to Swallow Falls, admiring the peaceful forest and majestic rapid water.

Day 3: Day at leisure or Anglesey
Relax in Llandudno, or join our optional excursion to the Isle of Anglesey. Located off the north-west coast of the Welsh mainland by the Menai Strait, Anglesey is known for its stunning natural beauty, miles of gorgeous coastline and fascinating historical past. Whilst on Anglesey we will visit the pretty village of Llanfair PG whose full name is the longest place name in Britain. Why not browse the shops at James Pringle Weavers, home to many famous brands.

Stay with us right in Llandudno's centre at the former Bay Hotel, County Hotel. The best of Llandudno’s attractions including the Victorian Pier, the Alice in Wonderland trail and the Oriel Mostyn Gallery are all within a short walk of the hotel. One of the town’s top attractions is Great Orme, which can be travelled up by on Great Orme Tramway or by foot if you are feeling active. From the top, you will enjoy great views back over the town and over to Snowdonia National Park. The hotel sits right on the seafront with a number of fantastic shops and restaurants in close proximity. Inside we have a ballroom with a bar and dance floor and you will be able to enjoy tasty breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant while enjoying great views over the seafront.
Formerly a Bay Hotel, the Marine Hotel occupies a fabulous place on the Llandudno seafront close to the very best that the resort has to offer in terms of shops, bars, restaurants and great attractions. Around the hotel, there are great options of places to enjoy a drink in the sun or a bite to eat with a number of excellent bars and restaurants around the North Western Gardens close to the hotel. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the hotel’s indoor pool, great to wake yourself up before a busy day exploring North Wales. Then enjoy a tasty breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant with great views over the Irish sea as you enjoy a wide and varied menu.
